Both of our Poulton branches are open from 7:30 - 16:30 Monday -Thursday, 7:30 -16:00 Friday. Our DIY & Trade shop opens Saturday 8:00 - 12:00.
DO YOU OFFER TRADE CREDIT ACCOUNTS?
Yes we do! we offer 30 Day NET trade accounts, this will change to 30 day end of month as the business grows. Accounts are always subject to credit approval and T&Cs of sales.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY AREA?
Our local delivery area is the North West of England & Cumbria. We can offer national delivery via courier, carriage for national delivery will POA per order.
WHATS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?
All orders over £75.00 are carriage paid . Anything under will be POA per order.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?
Local delivery placed before 2PM will be next working day delivery. Nationwide delivery will be between 1-3 days, although we can always put on an overnight delivery subject to extra cost.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept debit card, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Bank transfer, Trade account & cash in depot.
DO YOU DO REFUNDS?
For stocked items, we accept returns with a full refund (subject to the product being unused and in the same condition as sent out) for special orders brought in or sent straight from manufacturer to site we do not except returns.
CAN YOU SOURCE PRODUCTS YOU DON'T HAVE IN STOCK?
Yes we certainly can! we have an extensive supply chain and can source most products at very competitive rates with a fast turn around. Either into our stock or straight to site.
DO YOU HAVE HIAB OFFLOAD?
We don't currently offer hiab offload, most of our products do not require this. On the off chance this is required, we can outsource this at an extra cost. please call us for more details on this.
